Intelligence Project Coordinator

The Intelligence Project Coordinator will be closely involved in the day-to-day running of the Intelligence Project, including administrative support for events, programming, and research fellows who are posted to Harvard for a year of study, research, and travel.

Fellowships and Operations Coordinator

The Fellowship and Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in facilitating the fellowship portfolio at the Belfer Center. Working on the Operations team, and reporting to the Associate Director for Operations, the Fellowship and Operations Coordinator will contribute to fostering a vibrant fellow’s community that promotes dialogue, knowledge sharing, and networking among scholars, practitioners, and stakeholders in the fields of science and international affairs.

Status: Full-time

Location: Based on campus in Cambridge, MA, in-person on campus a minimum of three days per week during the academic year

Program Manager: Emerging Technology, Scientific Advancement, and Global Policy

We are launching a major program on Emerging Technology, Scientific Advancement, and Global Policy. 

The Program Manager will work under the supervision of the Program Director in all tasks. The Program Manager will organize and execute core research activities and events, conduct research, manage the financial administration of the program, and collaborate with the Belfer Center communications team. We are seeking a candidate who can integrate seamlessly with the Belfer Center community and collaborate with colleagues across HKS, the University, governments, and the private sector. The Program Manager will coordinate with a variety of stakeholders including students, university administrators, faculty, donors and prominent individuals and organizations. This role requires maturity, tact, and diplomacy in all interactions; good judgement is essential to this role.

Research Assistant to the Belfer Center Director

The Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs seeks two research assistants to support Meghan O’Sullivan, Director of the Belfer Center and Jeane Kirkpatrick Professor of the Practice at the Harvard Kennedy School. The research assistants will work closely with the Belfer Center’s leadership team to conduct in-depth research and perform other duties for Professor O’Sullivan’s work and Belfer Center initiatives. Work may focus on issues including technology and geopolitics, the energy transition, the Middle East, transatlantic relations, U.S.-China relations, and other topics in U.S. foreign policy and international affairs.
