Michael Olshan

Michael Olshan is the Founder of O-Corp Investments, and serves as Managing Partner. Mr. Olshan formed O-Corp in June of 2009, and since then has managed the business and its operations. O-Corp invests directly in public securities and private transactions, focused in North America, Western Europe and selectively in Asia. Previously, he served as a Managing Director at JANA Partners LLC, a ~$12Bn multi strategy investment fund at the time, where he focused on hard asset investing and special situations. Mr. Olshan trained as an analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division and MSREF proprietary real estate funds, and at HSBC Bank in their North American Real Estate group. Mr. Olshan serves as a Member of the Board and Member of the Investment Committee for Olshan Properties, Inc., a privately held real estate developer and owner. Mr. Olshan graduated with honors from Harvard College, with a degree in Government. He serves as a member of the Belfer Center’s International Council at Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
