Preston Marquis is a Research Assistant with the Intelligence Project and a J.D. candidate at Harvard Law School (HLS).
Marquis' academic areas of focus include administrative law, cybersecurity, and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. Before HLS, Preston was an analyst with the Central Intelligence Agency and worked extensively on counterterrorism and South Asia-related issues.
He completed a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service and a Master of Arts in Security Studies at Georgetown University.
